The 2020 Rótulo Dão Branco has a nose of fennel and licorice and is floral, clean, expressive and elegant. It was produced from grapes picked in August, mostly Bical and some Encruzado and Sercial too, varieties that keep very good freshness and acidity. It aged mostly in stainless steel, and 20% was in oak. The palate is mineral and austere. They produced around 40,000 bottles.
